1. Who we are
TRX Flash operates the website trxflash.net. For any privacy question, contact us at flashsoftwarestool@gmail.com or +1 347 383 8076.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp or Signal handle, and the content of messages you send when you contact us or request a quote.
- Order details — the plan you choose and the payment reference or wallet address needed to confirm and activate your purchase.
- Technical data — our web server automatically records standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of each request.
3. How we use your information
- To answer questions and provide customer support.
- To process orders, activate licences and send related service messages.
- To keep the website secure, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems.
- To improve our website content and services.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and third-party services
The site uses a small number of cookies and third-party services to work properly:
- Google Translate stores a cookie to remember the language you choose.
- Google Fonts and image hosts may receive your IP address when they deliver files to your browser.
- Links to WhatsApp, Signal, phone and email open those services, which handle your data under their own privacy policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as the saved language, may then stop working.
5. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and order records only as long as needed to provide support, meet legal or accounting duties, and resolve disputes. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
6. Sharing your information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and support (such as hosting and messaging services), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users.
7. Security
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email flashsoftwarestool@gmail.com.
9. Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
